3. We Couldn't Do It Without You

The St. Luke Auction is built by parent volunteers. From gathering donations and packaging baskets to decorating the Festhalle and running the cashier table, every part of the evening happens because families give their time.

We are especially grateful to the parents who have stepped into leadership roles as committee chairs this year. Their planning and hard work make it possible for everyone else to help, and we truly could not do it without them. Thank you!

7. Easel Parties

These are sign-up events that are sold the night of the auction. We are seeking donors to host fun parties! These are always a huge hit and make for great fun throughout the year!

Looking for inspiration? Visit the Easel Party tab on our website for party ideas.

As a host, you'll have the opportunity to choose the date, location, and number of attendees for your event. Plus, your contribution will count toward your donation commitment!

Please contact Anna Stenger for more ideas, information, or to sponsor an easel party!

8. Dessert Donations

Gena Rains is looking for 25 delectable desserts to feature in our dessert auction! This part of the auction is always a crowd favorite, with guests eagerly bidding on a variety of sweet treats.

If you'd like to contribute, simply fill out a donation form and submit it to the office. Your dessert could be one of the highlights of the evening!

Thank You!

Your time, creativity, and generosity make the auction a success. Whether you're volunteering, donating, or bidding, every effort helps support St. Luke School. Let's work together to make this year's auction the best yet!
